My Florida Dream Villa is beautifully presented, spacious and comfortable family home situated on Lakeside Estate, Kissimmee. The Dream Villa is ideally situated for easy access to all the local attractions.

Our three bedroom detached villa is on Lakeside Estate in Kissimmee which is near Orlando. It is approximately 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport and within easy reach of all major theme parks.

It is fully air-conditioned and has its own pool which is solar heated and suitable for use all year round without further expense. The villa is fully furnished and equipped to a high standard and includes a security system.

The three bedrooms consist of master room with Queen size bed, en suite shower room and large walk in dressing room.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed and large wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 has twin beds and large wardrobe all bedrooms have ample drawer space.

There are two lounges one of which has a multi channel TV/VCR/DVD, there is also a pull out sofa bed. There is a telephone which can be used to make free local calls, other calls can be made using a phone card which can be obtained from the supermarkets.

The kitchen is fully equipped for a self catering holiday and includes a large fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher and all cooking and dining utensils. There is a two car garage which also houses the washing machine and tumbler dryer.
