Cancellation Deposit is only refundable if we are able to re-rent.
Check out time is 11am on day of departure
Check in time is after 4pm on day of arrival.
The pool is used at guests own risk.
Not to be used to sleep more than 8 people and 1 baby.
All guests are asked to take great care about making too much noise, which may disturb others in the neighbourhood.
No clothing, bedding or other similar items shall be dried or aired in any outdoor area.
